Laboratory environmental control system

A constant temperature and humidity laboratory is a laboratory designed to maintain its indoor temperature and humidity levels within a standard atmospheric range, using specialized equipment and techniques. These laboratories are essential infrastructure for product quality inspection and control in manufacturing enterprises and for ensuring the quality of goods in the distribution sector. They are widely used in cotton spinning, wool spinning, chemical fiber, paper, packaging, and tobacco manufacturing enterprises, as well as in quality inspection and fiber inspection departments. According to relevant ISO standards, the physical and qualitative testing of textiles, textile raw materials, paper products, and cartons must be conducted under standard atmospheric conditions. The standard atmospheric conditions for testing textiles and textile raw materials, as specified in ISO 139, are a temperature of 20±1℃ and a relative humidity of 65%±2%. The standard atmospheric conditions for testing paper products and cartons, as specified in ISO 187 and GB 10739, are a temperature of 23±1℃ and a relative humidity of 50%±2%. In addition to conventional constant temperature and humidity laboratories, there are other special constant temperature and humidity laboratories with special requirements, such as low temperature of 5-18℃, high temperature of 30-80℃, low humidity of less than 40%RH, and high humidity of more than 80%RH.
